You already know that the Come-See-Me Festival couldn’t happen without the support of its volunteers, sponsors, and staff. But there are other people working behind the scenes who make very important contributions. On occasion, the Board of Governors presents a Special Recognition Award to such individuals to recognize their service to Come-See-Me and our community.

We’re pleased to announce that Ann Pike was presented with the Special Recognition Award at this year’s Past Chairs’ Breakfast. For 32 years, Ann has used her skills and talents to produce ceramic frogs that are given to various award winners at festival events. She pours, cures, and paints each frog by hand. As you can imagine, these awards are true keepsakes that are treasured by each recipient.

Ann has worked for the City of Rock Hill for over 30 years. She currently serves as the program coordinator at Fewell Park. She and her husband, Gene, enjoy spending time with their three children, nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

We are so grateful for the time and energy Ann gives to Come-See-Me. Her servant’s heart is an inspiration to everyone connected to our organization. Thank you, Ann, for your generosity to the Come-See-Me Festival!
