The Come-See-Me Festival is known for signature events like Gourmet Gardens, the Road Races, and the Tailgate Party. But there are many other activities that happen during the ten days of the festival. We invite all civic, educational, charitable, and not-for-profit organizations to apply to become a Come-See-Me Festival Approved Activity for 2018.
Approved Activities have no financial or organizational ties to the festival itself. However, they will be listed in our official promotional materials. Approved applicants must agree to plan and promote an activity that’s non-profit and that doesn’t conflict with or take away from Come-See-Me, its sponsors, or its official festival events.
If your group is interested in participating, please fill out and submit this application by Thursday, November 30, 2017. You’ll need to provide details about your activity, including the date, time, location, ticket prices (if applicable), and description. Approved Activities may request an appearance by Glen and Glenda, the Come-See-Me mascots.
