The Kathy Patrick Wilson Volunteer of the Year Award is presented annually to a volunteer who exhibits dedication, commitment, and extraordinary service to the Come-See-Me Festival. We’re pleased to announce that this year’s recipient is Amy Peeler Williams. Amy was recognized at the Come-See-Me Festival Past Chairs’ Breakfast on Wednesday, March 28 at Manchester Meadows.

Amy has volunteered with the festival since 2012. During that time, she’s served as a team leader for Gourmet Gardens, Souvenirs, Moonlight Jazz & Blues, and Tailgate Party & Fireworks. She also received the Come-See-Me Community Service Merit Award in 2014.

Amy has worked at Comporium for 30 years, where she is very involved with the company’s Pioneer Club, a community service organization. Her extensive community involvement includes having served as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader, a coach for multiple youth sports, and as an Elder, Deacon, and youth leader for her church. When she’s not at work or serving the community, Amy’s keeping up with her active family.

The Come-See-Me Festival is grateful for Amy’s many contributions to our organization and so many others. Please join us in congratulating her on this honor!
